At Nappa Dori, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging and tags intact to qualify for a refund.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will be notified to collect the package from your registered address at a convenient time.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
